	The transliteration of this Tibetan mantra is ''Om Ah Hum, Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum'' which is loosely translated as 'Padma, full of indestructible qualities, bestow inspirational blessings.' It is a prayer to Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche), who was responsible for establishing Vajrayana Buddhism in Tibet in the 9th century. This is one of the most widely repeated mantras in this tradition.
