Order Status & History

ORDER UPDATES: Updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, will be sent to the email address provided.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: Please log in under my account to access your web order status and history.

NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: No online access to order status and history. To request this information please call us at 303-974-8784 or email us.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any SamayaDesigns.com order if the order status is "in process." If your order status is "shipped," it cannot be cancelled. Please call 303-974-8784 to cancel your order and please have your order number available.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours. Orders are shipped via USPS insured. Orders placed after 3 pm MST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday.

 

Delivery charges are as follows:

Returns

Standard orders may be returned within 7 days of the date that the shipment is delivered. Clearance items may be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please return the product in the original packaging and with a copy of the receipt. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid and insured to Samaya Designs. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. Free Shipping offers are subject to a $15 restocking fee per shipment.

Special Orders

We are happy to accommodate special order requests (14-karat gold, specific stone beads, etc.) whenever possible. Timing and pricing will vary based on the request. Special orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of being placed. Payment is required when order is placed. Special orders are non-returnable.

 

Custom Orders

We specialize in custom engraved designs and can easily put your logo or design on any of our products.  Timing and pricing will vary based on the request. Custom orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of being placed. Payment is due when the order is placed and we require a 20-piece minimum order. Custom orders are non-returnable.
